What to do if I received a defective/damaged order?

If you find a product damaged in-transit or contains manufacturing defects, please get in touch with our team to open a claim. It will be investigated by the courier if the product has been damaged in-transit. We can issue a refund or replacement as soon as the investigation has completed by courier. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express(AMEX), Discover and Paypal.

Where can I find graphic templates, set-up instructions and specification sheets?

Every product page has a template and spec sheet below product photos.

I have a custom size display. How do I get a price quote?

E-mail or call us with type of material, size, and finishing, and in hand date information.

What file formats do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible before the printing has taken place.

Do I get tracking info? When will I receive my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that has a tracking link. Estimated arrival date and delivery method can be found via tracking link.

What are your shipping options?

We ship using USPS, FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, for instance products, shipping address, and delivery speed selected.
